By submitting cards for consignment to Davoli’s House of Singles LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Payout

Consignor payout is 80% of sale proceeds, less a $2 fee per card.

Sales Process

Davoli’s House of Singles LLC has sole discretion regarding the means of sale, shipping, and other general consignment operations.

Unsold Cards

Any unsold cards may be used as giveaways.

Shipping and Package Risk

Davoli’s House of Singles LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Payout Timing

Payouts will be issued within 5 business days after the show.
